| If you need a size or a width that we don't have in stock, or if you'd like to get something in a different color, we'll be glad to special-order the item(s) for you at no additional charge (*) if it is available from the manufacturer. We offer this service for every brand we carry.
Size ranges listed on this website indicate in-stock size runs. Other sizes or widths may be available. Please contact us if you don't see the size you need. We ask all customers to allow 10 to 14 business days for special orders to arrive, and we do require pre-payment for the item(s). Returns - We will accept returns on special-ordered items if the style, color and size is something we normally have in stock. If it's a style or a color we don't carry, or if the size falls outside our usual size run, we won't be able to accept a return. Please ask about the return policy for your item at time of purchase. (*) Finally, although Lenny's does not charge for this service, we may occasionally ask customers to pay the manufacturer's small-order shipping charge, if applicable. This charge does not usually exceed $4.00 per item. |
